 The goal of the "Fowler Parks and Recreation Five Year Master Plan" is to establish goals and objectives for the Fowler Parks Department from 2007 through 2011. The plan will create a work plan for the for the park board to follow for the next five years in order to improve the parks and services provided to town residents. |
