Fowler Zoning Board of Appeals
April 10, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm.
Board members present: Pat Claire, Corey Robb & Jackie Bowman.
Judy Roach requests a variance to build a 12’7” x 7’ porch on the east side of her house, located at 607 E 3rd Street. Kenneth Benner, a cross the street neighbor, attended the meeting At first, he said he didn’t mind, then said no, although he had not contacted members of the board with a complaint.
Corey Robb made a motion , seconded by Jackie Bowman that the variance be granted. The motion passed.
Michael and Beth Owens request a variance to replace a two car detached garage in the same location as their present one, with a slightly larger unit. Beth’s father, Gene Balensiefer, would be doing the work. All neighbors were contacted with no complaints.
Corey Robb made a motion, seconded by Jackie Bowmen that the variance be granted. The motion passed.
The meeting adjourned at 7:09 pm.
