FOWLER BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MEETING, March 17, 2008
Fowler Town Hall, Fowler, Indiana
The meeting was called to order at 5:13 pm with the following present:
Board members Pat Claire, Jackie Bowman & Nancy Rainier.
Petitioners Steven O'Dell and Kim Emmert O'Dell, representing Emmert Group
Properties, LLC.
They plan to construct a building to be used by the Division of Children's Services and
Arbor.
The property is at 307 E. 6th Street, on the corner of 6th and Van Buren Ave..
They request a variance for a 42' set-back, instead of 50' along Van Buren Ave..
Surrounding neighbors were contacted, and they had no complaint about this request.
Street, sewer and water departments were contacted, and they all said the granting of the
variance would not cause a problem.
Jackie motioned that the variance be granted. The motion was seconded by Nancy.
The motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:25pm.
