Employee Application
We have a fantastic group of committed individuals that work for the Town of Fowler. If you feel that you would be a good fit, please complete an Application and drop it by Town Hall.
Application for Employment - Police Department
Our Police Department is made up of a group of devoted individuals focused on safety and well-being of our citizens, visitors and the community in general. If you share such a passion, please complete the Application and drop it by Town Hall.
BUILDING
Full Building Permit
Please complete the Application for a Building Permit and drop off at Town Hall.
Demolition Permit
Before you tear it down... be sure you have a permit. Complete the Demolition Permit and bring it to Town Hall.
Permit to Excavate
If you are preparing to Excavate or Otherwise Use the Town of Fowler Right-Of-Way, you will need to have a Permit to Excavate.
ZONING
Application for Petition Board of Zoning Appeals
Should you have a desire to build or make alterations to a property, that in some way may conflict with our existing Ordinances, then you will need to petition the Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance to the Ordinance.
Please complete the Application for Petition and bring it to Town Hall. We will need to schedule a hearing for your Petition.

Indiana Fireworks Laws

June 29-July 3: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset; -
July 4: from 10 a.m. to midnight; -
July 5-July 9: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset; and December 31: from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. -
Fireworks can only be purchased by persons 18 years of age or older. -
Fireworks use is limited to personal property, the property of someone who has approved the use of fireworks or at a location designated specifically for the use of consumer fireworks.
