Application for Employment - Police Department
Our Police Department is made up of a group of devoted individuals focused on safety and well-being of our citizens, visitors and the community in general. If you share such a passion, please complete the Application and drop it by Town Hall.
Full Building Permit
Please complete the Application for a Building Permit and drop off at Town Hall.
Before you tear it down... be sure you have a permit. Complete the Demolition Permit and bring it to Town Hall.
Permit to Excavate
If you are preparing to Excavate or Otherwise Use the Town of Fowler Right-Of-Way, you will need to have a Permit to Excavate.
Application for Petition Board of Zoning Appeals
Should you have a desire to build or make alterations to a property, that in some way may conflict with our existing Ordinances, then you will need to petition the Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance to the Ordinance.
Please complete the Application for Petition and bring it to Town Hall. We will need to schedule a hearing for your Petition.

From time-to-time there may be a concern you wish to share with the community leaders. Please let us know. Thank you for completing our Complaint Form and drop it off at the Town Hall.
Indiana Fireworks Laws
June 29-July 3: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset;
July 4: from 10 a.m. to midnight;
July 5-July 9: from 5 p.m. until two hours after sunset; and December 31: from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Fireworks can only be purchased by persons 18 years of age or older.
Fireworks use is limited to personal property, the property of someone who has approved the use of fireworks or at a location designated specifically for the use of consumer fireworks.
